Boatema is the founder of A.B. Boateng Law Practice. Her areas of legal expertise include business, corporate and commercial law practice.

Boatema’s past work experience include working as a partner for Ark Legal Consult, an associate at Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah, Lexkodoz Law and West African Fund. She is also the founder of Empower Ghana, a non-governmental organization, aimed at providing sustainable solutions for human development in Ghana.

She combines her legal experience with her over 10 years’ management experience. Prior to becoming a lawyer, she was involved in all core corporate operational functions. Most significantly, she delivered strong performance in earnings, cost reduction, process improvement and long-term business development.

Boatema holds a Professional Law Certificate from the Ghana School of Law; an LLB from the University of Ghana, Faculty of Law; and a BA in Psychology, from the University of Ghana. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and a product of Wesley Girls’ High School.
